We live in a culture where we are told by magazine covers what we should wear, how we should look and what we should eat. Advertisements manipulate us to believe that our lives will be better if we follow certain guidelines, restrictions and diets.
There is a swollen focus on which lifestyle is the absolute right lifestyle. Lifestyles of the rich and famous seem to exploit innocent people trying to figure it all out. Do this to look like this… Act like this to get this… Be this. Be that. Be him. Be her.
But what’s all that to you? It’s all just noise…
You’re already something so amazing, so precious, so special. You’re you. There are no magazine covers that can tell you how to be that. No advertisements. No restrictions you’ve had to adhere to in order to be the you that you truly are.
You are more than your morning routine and the healthy food that you eat. Those things are great… But your authentic lifestyle is based on how you perceive your world… How you feel about your life… What your passions are… What your intentions are… What your mindset is.
It’s not in a magazine… It’s in you.
Your lifestyle is what you create out of what makes you feel right. Whatever makes you the happiest – Whatever feels the best – Do that. Be that. That’s your lifestyle. That’s your style. And you’re the only one who can sport it.
So do it – wear your style in confidence – play dress-up with all the pieces of you – that’s the kind of lifestyle to be inspired by.
